Welcome to Sahdiya Educates | Sews. By purchasing through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

2. Products and Orders

I offer both handmade sewing items and digital products (such as guides, notes, tutorials, and patterns).
I make every effort to describe products accurately.
Handmade sewing products may differ slightly from the images shown, as each item is individually crafted. Variations in stitching, fabric placement, or finish are natural and not considered faults.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Payment

Payment methods are listed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely. I do not store full card/payment details.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.
I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered by email or download link.
Once files are sent, digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, please contact me at nyttsahdiya@gmail.comand I will ensure you receive your product correctly.

6. Returns & Replacements Policy

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds.
If your physical item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it at nyttsahdiya@gmail.com. I will review your case and discuss a replacement or suitable solution.
Please do not send items back without contacting me first, as they will not be accepted.

Exceptions

I cannot provide replacements or solutions for:

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Digital products once downloaded (unless there is a technical fault).
Sale items or custom-made orders where the issue is due to customer preference.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, photos, tutorials, patterns, and digital content are my intellectual property.
You may not copy, share, or reproduce any content without my prior written consent.

8. Privacy

I collect customer details only for order processing and communication.
Information is kept secure and handled in line with data protection laws.

9. Liability

I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my products.
Sewing products should be used as intended; Sahdiya Educates | Sews is not liable for misuse.
While I make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of digital resources, outcomes from using them may vary.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
